Eligibility:Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of New York and Florida), 18 years or older as of 8/8/07, except employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies and Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”) (hereafter, collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) regardless of where they reside and those living in their same household, whether or not related. Void in New York and Florida and where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

To Participate:Visit www.seehowtheylive.com between 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/8/07 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/1/07 (“promotion period”) and play the game by clicking on the “Prize” button at the bottom of the page and watching the specified video to find the hidden item. In the event that you find the hidden item, you will be provided with the opportunity to complete the Official Registration Form and click the “Submit” button to determine if you are an instant winner. If you receive a winning message, you are eligible to win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility, game play and compliance with the terms of these rules. You must follow all prize claim instructions and any requested information must be received by the prize claim deadline indicated. Please allow 8-10 weeks following conclusion of the verification process to receive your prize. Limit one (1) game play per person per email address per day.

Instant Win Prizes: A total of (16) prizes will be awarded during the promotion period: (3) Autographed baseball jersey. ARV: $15.75 each. (5) Autographed baseball. ARV: $8.40 each. (2) Motorola RAZR phone. ARV: $305 each. (2) Dell laptop computer. ARV: $950 each. (2) Digital camera. ARV: $290 each. (2) iPod Nano. ARV: $240 each. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible game plays received. Total ARV of all prizes: $3659.25.

General Prize Restrictions: All prize details, including, without limitation, make/model of prizes, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Autographed prizes to be hand-signed by an athlete designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of hand-signed merchandise subject to fluctuation based on the featured athlete and current market value at time of prize award. Prizes are not game used or worn. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefore (each winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer and/or dealer for any such warranty and/or guarantee, if any).  Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded.  No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

2nd Chance Drawing: In the event any prizes are not claimed, a random 2nd Chance Drawing will be conducted by P/S/T on or about 10/22/07 from among all eligible non-winning game plays received during the promotion period to award such prizes. Odds of winning in 2nd Chance Drawing depend on the number of unclaimed prizes available, if any, and the number of eligible non-winning game plays received during the promotion period. Potential winners, if any, of 2nd Chance Drawing will be notified by mail and will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

General: By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The use of automated devices, including but not limited to, entries/game plays submitted using any bot, macro, script, or promotion service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of participation) to participate in the promotion is prohibited. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an entrant has used an automated or similar device to participate, all game plays/entries from that entrant will be void.  Winners that receive a prize valued over $600 will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within 14 days of date of issuance of such documentation. Noncompliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules or if any prize documentation or prize is returned as non-deliverable, will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded in the 2nd Chance Drawing. Except where unlawful, acceptance of prize constitutes permission by each winner for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, hometown, voice, picture and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification per permission.  Released Parties are not responsible for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, phones, phonelines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the Internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise or for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind relating to or in connection with the promotion, whether computer, network, technical, printing, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries or game plays, the announcement of the prizes or in any promotion-related materials.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this promotion. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event for any reason, including technical, computer, seeding, human or other errors, the number of winning messages issued for any prize level exceeds the number of prizes listed for that level in these rules, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, valid, non-suspect winning message claimants for that prize level to award the listed number of prizes for that level.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the Official Entry Form regardless of whether that individual is the authorized account holder of the email address at issue and such individual will be required to comply with these rules. Only the published number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.  By participating, entrants agree that Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by participants for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion.
